Coverage and missing structures

Research covers two real-product structures; only independently approved records can appear in the public catalogue. This is not a full catalog of direct issuer-sponsored shares, custodial equity or synthetic products. The four educational models below describe questions to investigate, not four approved commercial listings.

Traditional brokerage share / direct issuer-sponsored share
Investigate shareholder register, intermediary custody, voting and applicable law. A token label alone does not establish shareholder status.
Custodial tokenized representation
Investigate the claim against the issuer/custodian, segregation and redemption. It may differ from direct ownership of the underlying company.
Synthetic price exposure
Investigate collateral, pricing, counterparty and cash settlement; price exposure is not proof of underlying ownership.
Equity perpetual
Investigate reference asset, funding, margin and liquidation. Reference-price exposure is distinct from holding the underlying share or token.
