Tokenized stock rights comparator

Acquire a fictional position, change its reference price, request a vote or underlying delivery, and inspect how the contract responds.

Fictional educational scenarios. No wallet connection, live transaction or investment recommendation.

Choose a scenario

Changing scenario starts a fresh run and clears the assessment.

Choose a scenario

The fictional holder is on the share register, can vote once, and receives a stipulated company cash event. “Delivery” moves the share to another registered account; it is not an issuer redemption promise.

Reset restores all initial balances, scenario, inputs and learning-check state. Nothing is saved or sent.

Scenario assumptions
  • All structures use a fictional USD 100 entry price per unit and USD 2,000 starting cash. The reference price is entered by you and is never a market quote.
  • Fully paid structures commit the entry value; the perpetual commits 20% margin (5× initial leverage). Close uses the entered reference price with no spread, tax or liquidity limit.
  • Income-capable contracts pay one stipulated USD 1 per unit cash event. A perpetual instead permits one 0.1% notional funding debit, rounded up to a cent. Derivative close can leave a debt; use the margin lab for maintenance/liquidation.

Participants and responsibilities

Investor holds the selected instrument; company, token issuer or derivative counterparty carries its own obligations; registrar/custodian records depend on the selected fictional contract.

Holder claim

Select a structure to inspect the specific holder claim. Identical price exposure does not grant identical shareholder, delivery or cash-event rights.

Failure and recovery

A simulated service failure freezes actions. “Restore service” assumes the same records are reconciled; it does not model bankruptcy recovery or guarantee compensation.

A fresh scenario is ready. Read its assumptions, then run an action.

Run the mechanism

Actions follow the contract. You can try a blocked action to inspect why it is rejected; rejected actions preserve the ledger.

01Ready to run

Acquire a position

Commit full entry value or the contract’s stipulated 20% margin; never acquire the same position twice.

02Inspect rejection

Apply reference / mark price

Enter a hypothetical USD price. In the margin lab, this immediately evaluates the maintenance boundary.

03Inspect rejection

Request shareholder vote

Registrar records one vote only if the selected contract grants it.

04Inspect rejection

Apply contract cash event

Issuer/counterparty pays one USD 1 per unit event only when the selected contract includes it. A substitute or adjustment is not a shareholder dividend.

05Inspect rejection

Request underlying delivery

Custody/registry performs the exact contract’s delivery path. Unknown or excluded rights do not become available.

06Inspect rejection

Pay one funding period

Perpetual holder pays the stipulated 0.1% mark-notional charge once. It is a separate obligation, not asset ownership.

07Inspect rejection

Close for cash

Settle the held position at the entered reference price. The simulation assumes execution and displays any resulting debt.

08Inspect rejection

Simulate known service failure

Exposure freezes pending recovery. Before DvP finality, a known failure rolls back both reservations; an unknown outcome cannot be called a failure.

09Inspect rejection

Restore reconciled service

Assume the operational incident is resolved and existing records are reconciled. This does not simulate insolvency compensation.
